Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Supervisory Interdisciplinary Architect/Engineer GS-0808/0810/0830/0850-13 position for the US ARMY ENGINEER DISTRICT, TULSA ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, CENTRAL OKLAHOMA AREA OFFICE, LOCATED IN OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and directs the accomplishment of the various phases of the construction program at the assigned projects. Works with contractor representatives in the development of construction progress schedules and review schedules to insure that they are substantially reasonable and adequate. Maintain a constant check on the progress of work and takes any required action to accelerate construction to meet the requirements of such schedules.
