Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) within NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Responsibilities You will serve as the Deputy Command Information Officer and principal advisor on information technology programs, systems engineering, and enterprise technology initiatives. You will develop, implement, and oversee IT policies, strategic plans, and technical solutions that support organizational objectives and mission requirements.
