Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) in the KNOWLEDGE AND PROCES MANAGEMENT BRANCH, 84300 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will lead the development of performance measures related to NIWC Pac Knowledge Management (KM) and Center-wide Process Improvement transformation goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables. You will analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. You will develop, analyze and implement policy and program guidance governing the implementation of NIWC-PAC Knowledge Management and process improvement initiatives.
