Summary This position is located in the State Office of Ohio, USDA-Rural Development (RD), Business & Cooperative Program Staff. The incumbent is primarily responsible for program planning, policy development, administration, coordination and evaluation of the full scope of activities related to the State's rural business and cooperative development loan, grant, and loan guarantee programs. This vacancy announcement is open to current Rural Development Employees only. Responsibilities Evaluates business and cooperative program operations by conducting or directing special studies and analyzing reports and materials on program activities and problems.
