Summary This position is in Compensation Service (CS), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The incumbent serves as the Director of the Budget and Shared Services Staff and is directly responsible for leading a team performing a wide variety of administrative and high-level analytical duties connected with budget formulation, presentation and execution for CS and the compensation program. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Manages the compensation program's budget, working with executive leadership - to include the CS Executive Director - and maintains an efficient flow of operational requirements to meet mission demands. Uses expert analytical ability and skill in completing daily duties.
