Summary The Business Operations Manager will serve as a key member of the Health Administration Service (HAS), reporting directly to the Assistant Chief. The incumbent is responsible for the comprehensive oversight, operational management, and streamlining of all scheduling operations within HAS, including Enrollment/Eligibility and Patient Care Support (spanning Primary Care, Specialty & Medicine, and Behavioral Health sections). Responsibilities The incumbent assists the Assistant Chief for business planning, external revenue generation, insurance functions, and overall scheduling management in the rapidly changing present and future health care marketplace in Fayetteville and throughout Southeast North Carolina. Ensuring the Standard Benefit Package is available for enrollees and modifying processes to improve operations.
