Summary The primary purpose of this position is to supervise administrative staff in Sacramento and Martinez and perform administrative and personnel management functions relative to staff supervised. Establishes guidelines and performance expectations or staff, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system and hold staff accountable for timely delivery of assigned duties that improves customer outcomes. Responsibilities Major duties include but will not be limited to: The Supervisory Program Analyst assists with data collection, aggregation, trending, and analysis on identified issues and problems. He/she will advise, consult, and train managers and staff on a wide variety of issues including, but not limited to a data collection, trending of data, and use of various statistical tools, interpretation, and presentation of data.
