Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DPERTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS COMMAND. Serves as Senior Program Analyst Supervisor and provides support for all Navy Housing Programs. Responsibilities You will advise managers and analysts of corrective actions needed to maintain cost, schedule, and performance parameters. You will negotiate recommendations involving resources or changes to projects or programs. You will collaborate with managers and personnel to implement process changes. You will develop solutions for discrepancies in program analysis. You will document program process improvement initiatives on assigned programs. You will make formal and informal presentations on approaches, findings, or recommendations to senior leaders.
