Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the OPNAV N1/PERSONNEL, MANPOWER, AND TRAINING of US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE, (USNCC), Annapolis, MD. Responsibilities As the USNCC Associate Director of Support Systems you will collaborate and evaluate innovative technologies with USNCC stakeholders in integrating support center components to advance other systems or services to include but not limited to the myUSNCC (student portal) and the Learning Management Systems. You will analyze data and develop strategies to advance support center operations technologies. You will design, develop and deploy a chatbot system to leverage artificial intelligence to address customer inquiries. You will review controversial and/or complicated Tier 1 inquiries to provide resolutions to the customers.
