Job Description

Summary The incumbent will be responsible for supervising a records and information management team, ensuring the Division's records are stored, retained, retrieved, and disposed of effectively in compliance with federal laws and regulations, as well as being responsive to the Department's and Division's needs and policies. This team is part of the Office of Records and Information (ORI), which oversees records and information management, the processing of FOIA/PA requests, and privacy compliance. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities for a GS-308-14 Supervisory Records and Information Specialist generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Supervising management staff, communicating and integrating the Division's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the staff's strategies, objectives, work plans, work products and services.
