About this agency Responsibilities This position is located in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO), Office of Security Services (OSS), and reports to the Director of Security Services. The incumbent serves as the agency's senior technical authority for both the Insider Threat Program and the Operations Security (OPSEC) Program, exercising independent judgment in the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide security programs that protect EXIM's personnel, information, and national security equities.
