Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: First level supervisor who serves as the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator acting as the primary point of contact for sexual assault and sexual harassment matters. Reports to the Supervisory SARC and provides first-level supervision to civilian Victim Advocate. Responsibilities Oversees and manages the processing of all complaints, including reports of sexual harassment, retaliation, reprisal, and other requests for expedited transfer. Maintains liaison with other installation support offices, both prevention and response. Assists in program evaluation and improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions to the Principal SARC as applicable.
