The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing leadership for planning, budgeting, administering, directing, organizing, and implementing youth development, recreation and family resiliency programs while exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the preteen Youth Programs. Responsibilities Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Provides direction and assistance to the youth staff in the preparation of day-to-day developmental and recreational programming of activities. Develops, coordinates, and implements recurring activities and programs in accordance with health, safety, and security standards for the Air Force Youth Programs.
