Responsible for ensuring suppliers meet the goals requirements for quality, delivery, cost and service with a “Patients First. Always.” Mentality. Drive suppliers to continuously improve business and manufacturing processes through coloration and root cause investigations. Evaluate and select suppliers. Guide Engineering in choosing suppliers for new products and provide (Design for Manufacturing) DFM input and inspection solutions to new designs. Monitor supplier performance. Job Responsibilities: Work with suppliers and our client's engineering for the new product introduction to: Complete part production qualification process ( PPQP), which includes but not limited to delivering on the following deliverables: spFMEA, Special Process Validations, Process capability, capacity analysis ,and FAIR .
