Responsibilities- Maintain PPAP files; perform periodic requalification and R&R audits
- Manage defect catalog and boundary samples
- Request initial supplier samples and required documentation
- Coordinate build events and validate initial component samples
- Define incoming inspection plans and supervise execution
- Ensure supplier conformity certificates and QMS compliance are current
- Implement quality walls and issue claims with 8D follow‑up
- Track supplier action plans, audits, and corrective actions
