Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and compliance of incoming materials and components used in precision defence manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for supplier quality assurance, inspection activities, material testing coordination, NCR management, supplier audits, and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming inspection of all fuze components as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform dimensional inspection using precision instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and CMM.
Coordinate NABL-accredited material testing for incoming raw materials including steel, aluminium, rubber, and plastic components.
Raise, document, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective and preventive actions.
