Location: Serangoon
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $6000/month + AWS + VB (3-4months)
Job Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve supplier and manufacturing defects through containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Work closely with Buyers, Vendors, and internal teams to drive defect resolution and quality improvements
- Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, assessments, performance reviews, and corrective action follow-up
- Support onboarding and development of new suppliers to meet company quality standards
- Make MRB decisions and coordinate immediate corrective actions with engineering teams
- Monitor and achieve quality and inspection KPIs such as defect rates, ship-to-stock rates, inspection backlog, and SCAR metrics
