Lead supplier qualification, evaluation, and onboarding , including APQP and part qualification processes.
Conduct supplier audits (process, system, and product) and ensure timely closure of findings.
Drive supplier corrective actions (SCAR) using structured methodologies (8D, RCA).
Work closely with suppliers to improve process capability, reduce defects, and enhance overall quality performance .
Quality Systems & Compliance
Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and related procedures.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards and company requirements.
Product & Process Quality
Review and approve First Article Inspection (FAI) / PPAP submissions for new and revised parts.
