The company supports established wholesale meat supply operations, including Subway Meats, by managing key subcontracted parts of the processing and supply workflow. Our teams work focus is practical, time-sensitive and output driven. The business oversees and is responsible for supply chain operations pertaining to chilled meat products that have already been slaughtered and eviscerated, then further processes them through boning, packing, stock handling and dispatch preparation.
Our team is responsible for managing raw material allocations, processing efficiency, output yield, workflow coordination, stock control and the preparation of finished goods for outbound movement.
