We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration & Purchasing Support Officer to join the team on a temporary contract basis. This role will provide operational and administrative support across a range of transactional activities, helping maintain day-to-day workflow and business continuity during a major systems transition project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, purchasing, or ERP system experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders for stock and non-stock items, including consumables
- Reviewing and processing goods receipts in line with current procedures
- Supporting invoice approval workflows
