PRIMARY DUTIES
Establish a strategy to reduce management costs and improve efficiency by forecasting customer demand and managing risks through supply chain.
Manage global and local risk factors for supply chain
Manage the daily end-to-end Supply Chain Operation in SEA and Ensure the total operation cost towards annual targets
Coordinating and negotiating with operations , sales and customers.
Define an efficient Supply Chain Process in SEA
Integrate SEA customers demand and communicate it to production plants to ensure smooth product supply.
Customer service activities including processing of all customer orders, customer enquiries, product enquiries, customer complaints including data input in Accpac and SAP
Process customer orders, track and manage shipments to deliver products to customers on time.
