Job Description
Work Location: West
Working Arrangement: 5.5 days/week
Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday), 8AM - 12PM (Saturday)
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Operations Department, such as Production, Warehouse, Testing and Logistics.
- Ensure smooth running of the office operations.
- Generate and issue test certificates.
- Control manufacturers’ and third-party certificates.
- Liaise with logistics division and sales personnel on certificate deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates prior to issuance.
- Maintain filing of all certificates and paperwork in both hard and soft copies.
- Generate Certificates of Conformance (COC) from suppliers’ websites.
- Perform general document control activities.
- Update all jobs in the Excel file based on timesheets provided by the Technical Service Department.
