Job Description: Coordinate with customers and suppliers Handle, monitor and follow up on shipment and delivery status Issuing Sales Order and Purchase Order Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, invoices, permits) and ensure accurate costings. Verify freight invoices and supplier invoices Liaise with carriers, forwarders, warehouses, transporters, overseas agents, and internal teams. Monitor shipment status, provide proactive updates, and resolve shipment issues or complaints. Keep proper filing for shipping documents Gatekeeper of pricing elements on agreements in place for end to end order (Ensure pricing as per agreement is adhered to company policy) Prepares and provide full set of shipping documents Well versed in L/C documentation, import / export documentation and also bank documents Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
