Supply Chain Executive

Industry: Automotive MNC Location: Central Working Hours: Monday - Friday Good Remuneration Package Key Responsibilities: Manage import/export procedures and support tender requirements. Track vessel arrival dates and update customers and finance for collection. Release shipping instructions and prepare export shipping documents (LC/DP/TT). Generate invoices in SAP and ensure timely month-end invoicing and credit note issuance. Monitor shipment status, handle logistics complaints, and liaise with producers/carriers. Support team members during absences and follow up on DSR credit/debit notes. Requirements & Competencies: Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years of logistics experience (import/export preferred). Knowledge of supply chain processes SAP experience is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
