Job Description
Job Purpose and Scope:
- Planning the product supply plan of client products through the coordination with sales division in Dubai and several countries in Middle East and Africa.
- Consolidating sales database and providing it to Sales Division and Marketing Division.
- Making documents relating to ordering / shipping.
- Coordination with logistic function and supply hub in Japan and neighboring countries to ensure the purchase plan to achieve the sales target.
- Making sales plan of sales inventory and purchase by model by customer and by month.
- Review of the plan and result with Sales division then obtain the approval of the management.
- Handling Company’s internal system in order for placing the order checking the availability of models.
