Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Do “Whatever it takes” to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance to OTD 95%.
- Coordinate flow and documentation of export procedures.
- Assist & Support in all shipping import/export activities which deem necessary.
- Be aware of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 procedures and policies.
- Project improvement as required.
- Responsible & Oversee Outbound activities such as:
- Physical Shipment verification (shipment box labels/shipping documents) and shipment release to forwarder
- Send booking confirmation to nominated forwarder for shipment under Ex-works & FCA/FOB
- Monitor shipped shipments based on Fedex/DHL pending list
- Resolve and reply to queries from Courier/customer/Forwarders.
- Co-ordinate & Send shipping documents to forwarders/courier express for custom declaration before cut‑off time.
