Each year we look for around 10 graduates interested in joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The program starts in October 2026.
Why choose the Amcor Experience? The Graduate Program is an 18‑month development opportunity, consisting of 3 international rotations within European facilities. The location of the work contract depends on the selected candidate, with possibilities in Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, and the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Act as central liaison for KPI improvement projects across sites, including service level, inventory, aged stock, and transportation.
