Job Description
The Supply Chain Head leads procurement, warehouse operations, transport coordination, and heavy equipment monitoring to ensure uninterrupted project supply, accurate inventory records, controlled deliveries, and reliable equipment readiness. The role works closely with Operations and Engineering teams to align purchasing and delivery sequencing with construction project priorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead procurement planning, sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchase execution for materials, services, and spare parts
- Implement and enforce warehouse controls for receiving, storage, issuance, returns, and stock accuracy
- Manage cycle counts and physical inventory, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions
- Direct transport coordination including dispatch planning, trip scheduling, delivery confirmation, and delivery issue resolution
