Job Description

Mission

The intern will support Procurement initiatives and contribute to improving Supply Chain processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage RFQs for non‑strategic categories
  • Analyze and compare supplier quotations
  • Support cost optimization and purchasing conditions improvements
  • Contribute to ERP implementation and improvement
    • Work on MRP parameters
      • Safety stock levels
      • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
      • Reorder points
  • Identify and suggest improvements to Procurement and Planning processes

Objective

Provide operational support while helping to structure and strengthen Procurement and Supply Chain processes.

Duration

6‑9 months. Apprenticeship could also be an option.
