Position Overview
The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain functions including demand & supply planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. This role ensures material availability, cost efficiency, supplier compliance, and smooth operational flow across the organization. The manager also provides strategic reporting and recommendations to top management.
Key Responsibilities
A. Supply Chain Management
- Lead overall supply chain operations from planning, sourcing, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support production and business needs.
- Set optimal inventory levels (min-max) and monitor stock movement to reduce shortages, wastage, and overstocking.
