LH Supply Chain Managers analyze market and carrier behavior trends within the Relay Load Board (RLB) and Relay Contract Marketplace (RCM) programs. They drive program adoption through carrier engagement and training to improve Cost, Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA), and Capacity for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS).
