Role Objective
To manage day-to-day logistics operations across D2C, e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, and institutional channels, ensuring timely dispatches, cost control, delivery performance, and smooth coordination between warehouse, courier partners, marketplaces, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dispatch & Order Fulfilment
- Ensure timely processing, packing, dispatch, and handover of orders.
- Monitor daily order flow across Shopify, marketplaces, quick commerce, retail, and B2B channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to avoid dispatch delays.
- Track pending, breached, and priority orders daily.
