Job Description
Demand & Supply Planning
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Translate demand plans into feasible supply and inventory strategies
- Balance demand, supply, and capacity constraints to ensure availability
Inventory & Performance Management
- Optimize inventory levels (service level vs. working capital)
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, stock coverage
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (shortages, excess stock)
SOP / Cross-Functional Alignment
- Support and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process
- Align demand, supply, and financial planning cycles
- Act as key interface between Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance
