As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimising global reverse logistics, RMA workflows, and supply chain processes. You will drive initiatives to standardise operations, improve process transparency, and enhance stakeholder collaboration across regions. Your expertise will support operational stability, strategic process enhancements, and risk management, ensuring efficient and compliant supply chain activities in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, development, and implementation of end-to-end RMA and VR processes across IDCs, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency. - Drive and manage warehouse day to day activities such as inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, stock take within warehouse - Lead self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment and reverse logistics process - Influence the hardware replacement cadence.
