About the Role
:● The Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end logistics, warehouse, and procurement operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, ensure compliance, and support business growth.
● The incumbent will report to the Vice President. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
● Organise and conduct Logistics & Warehouse Management workshops to enhance operational efficiency.
● Develop and implement a Transportation Management System (TMS) for PAN India distribution to reduce shipment costs and improve average TAT.
● Implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimise inventory levels, track replenishment, monitor slow-moving/non-moving stock, and maximise labour efficiency and space utilisation.
