- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop precise multi-channel demand forecasts (GT, MT, Exports, Wholesale, Job Work).
- Monitor sales patterns and coordinate production schedules with market needs, promotional activities, and seasonal fluctuations.
- Efficiently plan plant capacity while comprehending operational limitations and impediments.
- Supervise production and inventory planning, ensuring the accuracy of material requirements planning (MRP) in accordance with projected demand.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to fulfill service requirements while minimizing excess and holding costs.
