Supply Chain Manager (FMCG)
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead operations in the Philippines. As we operate with a lean team, you will be the primary driver of our end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring our products reach consumers efficiently across a global network.
The core of this role is leading our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. We need someone who can move beyond traditional S&OP to create a unified plan that connects sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Own the monthly IBP cycle. You will facilitate senior‑level meetings to align demand forecasts with financial goals and supply capabilities.
Demand & Supply Synchronization: Manage forecasting accuracy while ensuring inventory levels are optimized to prevent both stockouts and wastage.
