Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution of food products.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to manage order priorities and deadlines.
- Logistics and Distribution:
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage relationships with third- party logistics partners.
