Manage long-term demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase order confirmation for raw materials and equipment. Establish effective inventory management standards to optimize operational, logistics, and procurement costs. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers on warehousing, fulfilment, storage, and reverse logistics operations. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards. Manage freight forwarders and coordinate import/export shipments, including negotiation of shipping schedules and freight rates. Oversee procurement activities, supplier management, localization of goods, and COGS cost control. Handle invoice verification, payment reconciliation, and product quality non-conformance coordination. Work closely with procurement, sales, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely delivery.
