About the Role
As a Supply Chain, you will play a key role in driving supply chain excellence by leading strategic and operational projects across sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and new product launches. Your work will directly impact efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance while supporting Carrier’s long‑term supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Execute key elements of supply chain programs, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks in alignment with business strategy.
- Lead cross‑functional projects related to sourcing, supplier development, quality, engineering, and cost reduction.
- Identify gaps in supply chain processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to closure.
