Responsibilities
Participate in the introduction of new products (NPI)
Verify and ensure order fulfillment
Obtain and maintain order‑related data in the ERP system
Analyze delays and prioritize urgent items based on the needs of the assembly lines and Customer Support
Lead short‑ and long‑term operational action plans (e.G., missing parts, improvement of logistics flows)
Ensure daily monitoring of Supply Chain performance (receiving, workshops, internal transport, shipping) and resolve disputes
Ensure interactions with suppliers (remote and/or on‑site) and cross‑departments to implement corrective and preventive actions
