Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of the 1 to 7 weeks planning/strategies so Senior Manager can focus on 8 weeks and onwards planning, contracts, projects etc. Work with and manage the 3PL DC outbound & inbound team to meet daily requirements of all customers’ demands from receiving, put away, internal stock movement, picking, packing, shipping till the handover to 3PL as well as return handling.Work closely with Planning team to understand forecasted volumes and priorities and work together with Customs declaration team to monitor vendor’s Customs declaration performance.Work with 3PL to plan inbound & outbound people and equipment resources accordingly, to achieve on time in full delivery of all customer orders.Collaborate with 3PL DC Ops manager to manage day-to-day orders, inbound and out bound capacity, overtime alignment, Monthly productivity targets in a timely manner so as to achieve both customer service le...
