Job Description
**Accountabilities**
**1. S&OP & Demand Planning**
+ Lead the S&OP cycle and develop consensus demand forecasts with clear assumptions and rationale (36-month rolling forecast).
+ Align with stakeholders and track actions.
+ Analyze forecast deviations and improve accuracy with the forecasting team.
**2. Replenishment & Inventory Planning**
+ Manage 36-month rolling NRP (Net Requirements Planning).
+ Plan and manage detailed shipment scheduling from Yamagata plant to DCs at batch level
+ Manage inter-DC balancing and stock transfers
+ Identify potential supply and disposal risks and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate the risk.
**3. Product Lifecycle Management Support**
+ Reflect product lifecycle events, market events, and change events into NRP.
+ Manage product launches, discontinuations, SKU changes.
+ Align supply plans and minimize disposal risk associated with events.
