Responsibilities
Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products and AI chip products. Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on‑time delivery and revenue achievement.
Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery.
Interface with and manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day‑to‑day prioritization and execution of production orders. Interface with engineering and all Business Units to secure outsource manufacturing partner capacity. Manage internal and external business communication on capacity allocation. Project and control inventory movement to achieve the given DOH target.
Able to handle high complexity of supply chain processes and dynamic demand changes. Able to handle pressure working in a high‑pressure environment. ...
