Your role in our team:
Assess and monitor supplier performance in On-Time Delivery, Quality Reliability and other performance metrics through structured evaluations and regular performance reviews.Lead and implement supplier quality improvement projects to enhance product quality, reduce defects and boost delivery performance. Identifying root causes of issues and implement effective, lasting solutions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - Production, Purchasing, IQC, and Design teams to make sure supplier quality aligns with our standards and goals.
