+ 8 years of experience in risk and compliance implementation, supervision, management.
+ 5 years of experience in operations management involving the use of AI tools.

+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
