Supply Chain Specialist (Freight Operations)

Job Description:

• Freight operations support (90% air freight, 9% trucking, 1% ocean freight)
• Work with 3PL warehouse, freight providers and/or relevant stakeholders to resolve shipment issues
  • Eg: documentation, cargo damage, discrepancies, etc
• Respond promptly to stakeholders for shipment queries, issues, etc
• Service recovery
  • Containment of escalations and conflict resolution
  • Investigation
• Manage performance of 3PL transportation team and freight providers
  • Ensure agreed service standards and KPIs met
• Enhancement requests (operations and systems)

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years work experience in similar capacity
• Air freight operations support experience
