Summary:
The Supply Distribution Technician is responsible for the receipt, storage and distribution of all hospital supplies and special-order purchases of internal customer departments.
Responsibilities:
+ Delivers items and supplies to the receiving department and ancillary areas and gets the required signature and date and places inventory items in the appropriate location in the stockroom or other areas in according to proper procedure, restocking par areas on the floor and exchanges carts in a timely manner
+ Ensures that no stock item is issued without the proper paperwork with the correct stock number and quantity issued. Checks for outdated stock when putting the new stock on the shelf or when pulling for department par requirements. Ensures th...
