Job Description

  • Overseeing importation procedures of inbound shipments, and responsible for maintaining the operation and method locally with the forwarding agent and import broker.
  • Liaising closely with forwarders, distributors, and other external vendors to ensure requirements and services are performed to KPIs accurately and tracking shipments.
  • Liaising with an external logistics provider for any export shipment needed (claimed, product return, and complaints product).

  • Handling activities focus on inventory management, material handling, planning, logistics, and delivery to the customers. Includes development and implementation of supply process with problem-solving skills.
