Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning & Delivery
Ensure on-time and complete availability of parts at the plant to support production schedules.
Initiate and manage purchase/work orders aligned with demand plans.
Expedite procurement or production orders as required.
Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure adherence to defined norms.
Collaborate with suppliers to reduce lead times and optimize order quantities.
Reconcile order boards for critical suppliers, parts, and past-due orders.
Manage part change requests, ramp-up/ramp-down activities, and minimize excess/obsolete inventory.
Inventory & Materials Management
Maintain inventory levels in line with organizational standards.
Identify and liquidate excess and non-moving inventory.
